Our fitting installs into the GM Tbi unit by replacing the OE injector pod to fuel line inlet adapter. It features two 1/8" NPT fittings and one screw in plug. Imagine being able to install a mechanical gauge under the hood in the engine compartment and/or an electrical gauge in the driver's cockpit - all without having to cut fuel lines, bypass the fuel filter, or climbing under your vehicle as is needed with most other tbi fuel psi testers.

A 1992 Suburban with 5.7L Tbi and 140,000 miles made 27rwhp (that's almost 40 flywheel hp!) on an otherwise stock engine with the parts below. Another customer's '94 Suburban went from a stock 140hp to 185hp on a chassis dyno with the below parts and an upgraded computer chip.

* We strongly advise to purchase the CFM-Tech Tbi Fuel Pressure Adapter and VDO fuel psi guage to check stock setting, adjusted setting, and future fine tuning settings. Stock is listed at 9-13psi, with most being tested at 10- 12psi. A good baseline when using the above parts is 13.5-14psi. Every .5psi makes a difference on these systems!!!
