Fuel Psi checker installed from inlet line to throttle body.
|
Fuel pressure should be checked before the
adjustable fuel pressure regulator is installed
so that a baseline reading can be established.
Diagnostics are not complete without knowing
what the current fuel pressure is. The computer
doesn't check it - it always assumes that it is
beween 9-13psi. Is it? |
|
Adjustable fuel pressure regulator on left - stock regulator on the right.
Typical removal does not involve removing the top half of the injector pod. This photo shows it removed for an easier illustration.
As you can see, the regulator can be disassembled. GM indicates not to because of this spring. Just be careful and use constant pressure when removing and installing it. |
|
Notice how high the Injector Spacer raises the injector's for more air and a better fuel spray pattern. It's only $21.95. Amazing! |
The injector spacer installs between the throttle body and injector pod.
Extremely: easy, effective, and cheap!
Instructions and hardware are included. |

This is what all the positive hype is about . This TBI Power Plate is ready to go into action!
Ahh, the big power ! Notice how the cylinders are now able to efficiently draw air from both throttle bores. Your throttle body is now going to think it is much larger than it really is!
No dual bore - helix or straight- will match the TBI Power Plate in terms of both air flow and horsepower. None! |
|
Look at all that added room for air flow! The Air Flow Enhancer is only $41.95! Another ultra effective and low cost performace tbi product. Only $41.95! Again, Amazing! |
|
Now, compare this to the stock adapter ring in the picture below. Did GM think much air would get through this area? Did they even think about it?
Take your air cleaner lid off and then look down. Where are the throttle blades? Don't you think air has a hard time getting through there?
